U|Pods are available from $27,500 depending upon the level of equipment required. Volume discounts apply. An independent Quantity Surveyor has confirmed that U/Pod's are cheaper that in-situ construction – and they are of higher quality and much quicker.

Individual U/Pod's are only sold from standard designs and materials selections to keep prices low.
